Please choose the Print and Mail Method for your situation: 

1st Time Application    

Part-time, Summer School, or Credit Recovery Application (4 or less subjects)

Print, complete, and mail the appropriate enrollment packet.  The applications will cover up to four students in a family.    

Please be patient while the packet is opening (do not maximize or use your mouse until it appears the packet has loaded on your screen).  After the packet opens, click File, Print, print All, and click OK.  If you have difficulty, right-click the packet above, left-click Save Target As, save to your computer, then open it from your computer.
