for Already Enrolled Students for 2011-2012 Reporting Year
The
Student Update Form for already enrolled students will cover up to four students in a
family. All new students should each complete a
separate 1st Time Application (even if they have siblings already
enrolled). Student enrolling in four or less
subjects for dual enrollment, summer school, or credit
recovery should use the "Part-time or Credit Recovery Application (4 or less subjects)"
link.
